Is joining PupMail really free?
Yes. No card or purchase is required for the community. PupMail Monthly is the optional paid membership for monthly surprise packages.
What are PupMail Notes and Bones?
PupMail Notes are private messages between public pups. A Bone is a free way for one dog to like another dog, once per pair. If the other pup gives a Bone back, they become Pup Friends. You can remove a Bone later and see new likes in your account activity.
Can I add more than one dog?
Yes. Add all of your dogs under the same My PupMail account. Each dog has their own profile.
Does my dog's photo have to be public?
No. You can keep the profile or individual photos private in My PupMail. Public photos appear in Meet the Pups only after approval.
