What is a PupMail Parcel?
A surprise package for your dog and mailed to your door. We choose the contents, which change from month to month. Shipping is included. Edible treats are not included.
Who gets the $10 first Parcel?
An account with no previous paid physical Parcel. Existing free members qualify too. Only one introductory checkout may be in progress per account. Later Parcels and additional dogs are $20 per month each. This is a monthly membership, not a one-time purchase.
Who is the Parcel addressed to?
Parcels are addressed to the account owner. No pet information appears on the outside of the package.
When will I be charged?
The exact first payment is shown before checkout. Future $20 payments are scheduled on the same calendar day as enrollment, or the last day of a shorter month. We aim to email a reminder about 7 days before each future charge. Your schedule is always available in My PupMail.
When will the Parcel ship?
We aim to ship within 5 business days after each successful payment. Shipping is included, and carrier transit time is additional. We email tracking when the Parcel ships.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. There is no multi-month commitment. Pause or cancel future billing in My PupMail before the next scheduled charge. A Parcel that has already been paid is handled under the shipping and return terms.
