Is joining PupMail really free?
Yes. No card or purchase is required. Parcels are optional and purchased separately.
What are Messages?
Messages are the digital mail inside PupMail. They can come from another pup or from PupMail, and a pup-to-pup Message can include text, digital Bones, or both. Messages live in your Mailbox.
Can I add more than one dog?
Yes. Add all of your dogs under the same My PupMail account. Each dog has their own profile.
Does my dog's photo have to be public?
No. Photos and profiles start private unless you choose to make them visible in Meet the Pups.
