Is the email club really free?
Yes. No card or purchase is required. Physical toy deliveries are optional and paid for separately. Joining never starts a paid plan.
What will I receive, and how often?
Occasional emails with playful ideas, dog facts, and lighthearted notes addressed to your dog. Some emails also include optional toy-delivery offers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email.
Can I add more than one dog?
Yes. Join with one dog, then add the others in My PupMail using the same email address. Each dog has their own profile.
Does my dog's photo have to be public?
No photo is required. A photo you add can stay private. Public sharing is always a separate choice. Approved photos can appear in Good Dogs, and you separately choose whether your dog has a public community profile.
