Is joining PupMail really free?
Yes. No card or purchase is required for the community. Physical PupMail Parcels are optional and currently have a waitlist for new purchases.
What are PupMail Notes and Bones?
PupMail Notes are private messages between public pups. Each pup can send another eligible pup up to three free Bones a day. The limit resets at midnight Eastern. Bones arrive in the mailbox, with no separate Bone emails.
Can I add more than one dog?
Yes. Add all of your dogs under the same My PupMail account. Each dog has their own profile.
Does my dog's photo have to be public?
No. You can keep the profile or individual photos private in My PupMail. Public photos appear in Meet the Pups only after approval.
