What is a PupMail Parcel?
A surprise package for your dog and mailed to your door. We choose the contents, which change from month to month. Shipping is included. Edible treats are not included.
Can I use a promo code?
Enter an eligible code before checkout. A first-payment promo reduces the amount due today; future Parcels renew at the monthly rate shown in your checkout. Codes are subject to their dates, product rules, and redemption limits.
Who is the Parcel addressed to?
Parcels are addressed to the account owner. No pet information appears on the outside of the package.
When will I be charged?
The exact first payment is shown before checkout. Future $25 payments are scheduled on the same calendar day as enrollment, or the last day of a shorter month. We aim to email a reminder about 7 days before each future charge. Your schedule is always available in My PupMail.
When will the Parcel ship?
We aim to ship within 5 business days after each successful payment. Shipping is included, and carrier transit time is additional. We email tracking when the Parcel ships.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. There is no multi-month commitment. Pause or cancel future billing in My PupMail before the next scheduled charge. A Parcel that has already been paid is handled under the shipping and return terms.
